Commissions are considered taxable income by the IRS. Consult a tax professional if you have specific questions about your income.

2. Are reps allowed to post my code on coupon websites?

We do not allow our Campus Reps to post their codes on coupon websites. Reps still have lots of places to share their codes, such as on their personal blogs, social network sites, on campus, and through email. For more information, see the terms and conditions.

3. How do campus reps earn commissions?

For every order that is placed using your rep code, a rep will receive 5% commission on the order total before shipping and tax. Reps also earn 5% commission on buybacks when a customer users their code.

4. What is CollegeBookRenter.com?

CollegeBookRenter.com is one of the leading online textbook rental companies. Founded in May 2009, it has helped students across the country save money on textbooks. CollegeBookRenter.com also buys textbooks.

5. What does a Campus Reps do?

Campus Reps will represent CollegeBookRenter.com and promote the company by attending events and handing out information to students at their school.

6. How are Campus Reps paid?

Campus Reps will receive 5% commission off of every order that is placed using their unique code. For example, if 20 orders worth $100.00 each are placed, a Campus Rep would earn $100.00 in commission.

7. How often will Campus Reps be paid?

A check will be mailed each month to Campus Reps for the previous month's commission. For example, in September, you will receive a check for the commission you earned in the month of August.

8. How do Campus Reps share their code?

You are given marketing materials to help you do this and once you are an approved rep, you will have full access to teamcbr.com, where you can learn about marketing tips.
