Promotional Offer

Promotional Offer open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older who have been designated by College Book Rental Co., LLC as a Campus Representative or a member of Team CBR (group name associated with all campus reps working for CollegeBookRenter.com). Void where prohibited by law. Participation requires registration at www.collegebookrenter.com and approval by the Campus Representative Coordinator. Potential Team CBR representatives (Rep) will be required to create an account on www.collegebookrenter.com then click on the Campus Rep graphic/icon located on the site's homepage to complete/submit an application form according to instructions provided. The application form will be submitted to the Campus Representative Coordinator for final approval. Applicants may be interviewed by the Campus Representative Coordinator. Once approved, the Team CBR Rep will be sent an email invitation to participate in the promotional offer from CollegeBookRenter.com. A Campus Rep Code (specific to each rep) will be sent in the welcome email. Team CBR Reps may share details on the campus rep code. The Campus Rep Code must be obtained and/or distributed through legitimate channels or it will be void. Campus Rep Codes are not to be posted on price comparison and/or couponing websites. For each completed and successful rental order made by a Team CBR rep or placed by an associated "Code Recipient" on CollegeBookRenter.com referencing the Promotional Code, Team CBR Reps will receive a total of 5% of the total cost of the order, minus shipping costs and tax. Commissions will be awarded to Team CBR Reps via check. There is no limit to the total amount of commission earned by a Team CBR Rep, but Campus Reps must comply with the Terms & Conditions. Rental extensions, purchases, account adjustments, transactions/returns, and international transactions are not considered eligible orders. Other restrictions may apply. All Team CBR reps will be paid on a monthly basis. Commission payments will be issued on the 15th of each month and will include the total commissions earned from the previous month. For example, if a Team CBR Rep earned a total of $100.00 on commissions for the month of January, then the rep's check for January will be issued on the 15th of February. All checks will be mailed via USPS standard mail, so please allow 7-14 days for delivery. Commission checks will be mailed to the address provided on the Campus Representative's application.

Miscellaneous

By participating, Team CBR Reps agree to the terms of College Book Rental Co. LLC's Privacy Policy and further agree that: 1) College Book Renter and its employees shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to Team CBR Reps or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to Team CBR Reps or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of participation in this Promotional Offer (CBR & its affiliates shall include: officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of CollegeBookRenter.com, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies). 2) CBR & its affiliates are not responsible for any undelivered misdirected, delayed, lost, or late Campus Rep Codes or items; any omission, error, interruption, omission, delay or defect in communication, transmission, or order processing; human or computer failures, telephonic problems or errors, malfunctions of phones, telephone systems, or other equipment, mechanical or technical malfunctions, errors in Terms & Conditions in any Campus Rep related materials, failures of electronic equipment, human-processing error, or incorrect information, whether caused by Promotional Offer programming, human error, equipment or otherwise. 3) CollegeBookRenter.com can void Promotional Offer or cancel, modify, or suspend a Promotional Offer should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond CollegeBookRenter.com's control corrupt or impair Promotional Offer administration, or security; and in any event, at its discretion, may fulfill all eligible non-suspect Promotional Offers made prior to event requiring action. CollegeBookRenter.com's affiliates will be ineligible to receive the Promotional Offer. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of recipient.
